Who We Are

Jim Munson Sr. and Jim Munson Jr. purchased Mail Boxes Etc. in 1991. In 2001, they went private, renaming the business Mt. Plaza Mail Pac & Ship. “Our name might have changed, but our service has remained the same,” said Jim Munson Jr., who has been in business for 30 years.

Jim Munson Jr.'s wife, Faith, joined the business in 2005; his daughter, Heather, joined in 2013, and his son James in 2017. The Munson’s, who have lived in the valley for over 50 years, say they offer a hometown atmosphere where customers are known by first name basis. “We’re a service business; it all goes back to service. We try to think of every possible need.”

Customers are offered everything from business cards, custom packing, a full copy center, and fax service to stationery, greeting cards, passport photos, and live scan fingerprinting. Customers can fax, copy, and ship all at one location, and there is always a notary on hand.
